Anforderungen

•Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
•At least 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in an international environment
•Advanced knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting processes
•Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP ERP, SAP BW, and SAP BPC advantageous
•Structured, analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
•Collaborative, hands-on attitude with strong communication skills
•Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage
•Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and data-driven improvements in finance processes

•Own monthly financial reporting for group entities
•Ensure accuracy and compliance with group standards
•Support group companies on accounting treatment of complex transactions
•Deliver training on consolidation and reporting tools
•Drive monthly closing activities, including system preparation
•Perform intercompany reconciliations
•Manage capital consolidation processes
•Act as Key User for SAP BPC reporting tool
•Ensure smooth operations with SAP ERP and SAP BW
•Prepare and review sections of IFRS annual and semi-annual reports
•Collaborate with external auditors
•Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives
•Enhance systems across cross-functional and group-wide projects
