Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- •At least 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in an international environment
- •Advanced knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting processes
- •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP ERP, SAP BW, and SAP BPC advantageous
- •Structured, analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
- •Collaborative, hands-on attitude with strong communication skills
- •Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage
- •Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and data-driven improvements in finance processes

- •Own monthly financial reporting for group entities
- •Ensure accuracy and compliance with group standards
- •Support group companies on accounting treatment of complex transactions
- •Deliver training on consolidation and reporting tools
- •Drive monthly closing activities, including system preparation
- •Perform intercompany reconciliations
- •Manage capital consolidation processes
- •Act as Key User for SAP BPC reporting tool
- •Ensure smooth operations with SAP ERP and SAP BW
- •Prepare and review sections of IFRS annual and semi-annual reports
- •Collaborate with external auditors
- •Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives
- •Enhance systems across cross-functional and group-wide projects
