•Proven sales experience in the packaging sector
•Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving ability
•Commercial acumen for sound business decisions in complex situations
•Project management skills and ability to influence across functions
•Fluency in German and English; additional language is advantageous
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Organised, detail-oriented, and confident with data management
