Anforderungen
- •Four to five years of Financial Services experience
- •Bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish with excellent English
- •Knowledge of German and French is desirable
- •Good understanding of the Bank’s products and services
- •Strong client relationship management skills
- •Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- •Working knowledge of the Bank’s operating and support areas
- •Ability to utilize computerized account and product information systems

- •Coordinate with clients and RMs on outstanding documentation
- •Conduct due diligence searches for Know Your Client policies
- •Uphold regulatory and compliance policies to mitigate risks
- •Submit reports related to account activity on time
- •Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- •Adhere to Private Banking service quality standards
