Anforderungen
- •2-3 years professional experience in key account management, consulting, or project management
- •Successfully completed degree in business or related field
- •Prior experience with online marketplaces or fashion e-commerce
- •Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for working with KPIs and data
- •Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of working with structured processes
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently drive projects forward
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with partners

- •Manage and develop key accounts in the fashion sector
- •Plan and execute projects for process optimization
- •Conduct sales analyses to align partner performance with business strategies
- •Prepare and evaluate reports, KPIs, and analyses for performance management
- •Drive internationalization of existing key accounts
- •Develop and implement new processes through cross-functional projects
- •Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Tech, Business Development, Legal, and Buying
- •Serve as a central contact between partners and internal departments
