As an **Account Manager for Molecular Spectroscopy** at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you have the remarkable chance to create a real-world impact. The Vibrational Spectroscopy business includes FTIR, NIR and Raman spectroscopy from entry level table-top instruments, production process supervising equipment to highly sophisticated R&D and microscopy solutions.
**Your Responsibilities:**
* Represent our company in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with Thermo Fisher Scientific customers, both external and internal.
* Conduct and support product presentations at customer sites, Thermo Fisher labs, or online.
* Actively handle your funnel of sales opportunities by CRM compliance and sales forecast calls.
* Be responsible for the sales process from pre- to after-sales support and build strong, long-term relationships with your customers.
* Participate in trade fairs and coordinate workshops, seminars, and related events.
* Report market trends and customer requirements into the organization.
## Your Qualification:
* Bachelor or university degree in chemistry, physics, or related field.
* Working experience in industrial B2B field sales is helpful.
* Alternatively, working experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry or laboratory equipment business.
* Additional experience with SFDC is an asset.
* Knowledge in Vibrational Spectroscopy.
* Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and oral.
* Proficient in German and business English; proficiency in French and/or Italian is an asset.
