Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology
•At least 3 years of consultative sales experience in engineering solutions
•Experience in MedTech, Automotive, or Industrial sectors
•Knowledge of test & measurement solutions or capital equipment sales
•Self-motivated and autonomous
•Strong relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills
•Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
•Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

•Identify and approach potential customers
•Understand customer needs and position Averna as a preferred partner
•Develop and execute account strategies for the region
•Manage forecasting and pipeline using Salesforce
•Expand existing customer relationships and penetrate new accounts
•Collaborate with pre-sales teams to secure complex deals
•Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for sustainable business
•Represent Averna at tradeshows and events quarterly
