  • Up to 10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in expanding enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic upsell and cross-sell
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Solid understanding of AI-powered solutions
  • Skilled at identifying new buying centers
  • Ability to engage cross-functionally

  • Execute targeted growth strategies for named accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned to revenue goals
  • Accurately forecast to senior sales leadership and sales operations
  • Position Genesys’ AI and cloud capabilities to address business challenges
  • Translate AI use cases into clear business value and ROI for customers
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored AI growth strategies
  • Map customer organizations to identify new stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Engage with additional lines of business such as digital, operations, and marketing
  • Create multi-threaded relationships to broaden influence and opportunities
  • Proactively prospect within existing accounts to uncover whitespace
  • Use insights and adoption trends to identify new use cases and expansion pathways
  • Develop holistic CX transformation visions aligned with customer strategy
  • Win executive sponsorship by articulating clear value and business outcomes
  • Maintain comprehensive account plans including AI opportunities and growth roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Marketing to execute strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive levels
  • Conduct regular business reviews to guide customers through their CX and AI maturity journey
