- •Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, health economics, marketing, or medical, MBA, or relevant Graduate/Postgraduate Degree
- •Significant pharmaceutical customer-facing experience in global and country-level positions or cross-functional commercial team experience
- •8+ years of access experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
- •Ability to work in a matrix organization and lead diverse teams
- •Capability to understand complex scientific issues and translate them into effective access and business strategies

Deine Aufgaben
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for the unified Access team
- •Champion the Access/Payers perspective on Commercial Leadership Teams
- •Lead the development of scalable and feasible access strategies
- •Balance patient access with sustainable pricing and reimbursement
- •Synthesize access insights from research and affiliate feedback
- •Create compelling Disease Area Access strategic briefs
- •Embed access insights into the commercialization strategy
- •Guide local execution of the access strategy in key markets
- •Ensure alignment with Access partners for registrational trials
- •Co-create access materials incorporating diverse stakeholder perspectives
- •Engage externally with stakeholders like HTA bodies and policy makers
- •Develop access assessments to inform investment decisions
- •Empower and coach GA partners on integrated access strategies
