Anforderungen
- •Completed degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or comparable qualification; or several years of professional experience as technician or master in grid connection
- •Experience in leading and managing teams
- •Proven knowledge of grid connection planning, e.g., for renewable energies, ideally also at the high-voltage level
- •Good and extended network to DSOs and TSOs
- •Experience in performing grid calculations and using relevant grid calculation software (e.g., DIgSILENT, PowerFactory, PSS SINCAL, E-Plan) is advantageous
- •Knowledge of current standards and guidelines (VDE-AR-N 4110, VDE-AR-N 4120)
- •Strong communication skills, independence, assertiveness, and ability to explain complex issues clearly

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the grid connection team
- •Develop cost-effective grid connection solutions for onshore wind, PV, and BESS projects
- •Plan and design electrical grid infrastructure, including substations and cable networks
- •Prepare technical specifications and tender documents
- •Apply for and monitor grid connection approval from DSO/TSO
- •Create grid connection concepts
- •Design grid connections according to relevant guidelines and local grid codes
- •Perform grid calculations and evaluate economic aspects of grid connection concepts
- •Support substation projects and active facilities
- •Commission projects and assist during the certification process
- •Conduct on-site inspections of facilities as needed
- •Coordinate with network operators and service providers for grid connections
- •Facilitate internal communication regarding project development and technical teams
