Are you performance-driven, with strong logistics experience and the ability to manage complex external partnerships? As a 3PL Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing collaboration with third-party logistics providers, ensuring an efficient, scalable supply chain aligned with our business objectives.
**YOUR CHALLENGE:**
* Partner Management: Manage 3PL Performance, service development and conduct business reviews
* Risk Management: Manage logistics related risks and incidents
* Project Management: Leading projects to support internal requirements and cost savings
* Inventory & Warehouse Oversight: Collaborate with 3PLs to ensure accurate inventory management
* Quality Management: Reviewing customer complaints and define preventive actions
* Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurements, sales, customer serve and supply chain teams to align logistics strategies
