Tasks
- Create a warm, supportive atmosphere for the team and guests
- Organize meetings and events with a creative touch
- Handle daily office tasks, including mail, supplies, and kitchen equipment
- Manage the office budget
- Coordinate health and safety, including access cards and compliance reviews
- Partner with HR to onboard new team members with office tours and welcome packages
- Manage real estate contracts and relationships with property managers
- Support international sites remotely, collaborating with local HR
- Negotiate and monitor contracts with global and local suppliers
- Share local events and culture with the international team
