  • Transform floor plans into functional spaces
  • Coordinate internal employee moves with People Team and IT
  • Maintain accurate floor plans and layouts
  • Create and execute communication plans for office changes
  • Inform and support employees during office transitions
  • Lead ideation and execution of Berlin social events
  • Make the office a destination for employees
  • Ensure smooth execution of all events
  • Ensure professional and on-brand internal communications
  • Ensure professional and on-brand physical signage
  • Anticipate and proactively solve office bottlenecks
  • Analyze occupancy data and employee feedback
  • Propose space changes to improve productivity and well-being
