- •Create and maintain email templates
- •Work with HTML and Jinja code
- •Track customer behavior and NPS signals
- •Build reports using Power BI and Looker
- •Assist with A/B testing and experiments
- •Research customer behavior and competitors
- •Coordinate with internal and external partners
- •Manage documentation in Jira and Confluence
- •Support daily CRM and administrative operations
