- Communicate the roadmap to senior and leadership stakeholders
- Support project management activities, including updating project plans
- Track open points and create user stories
- Schedule meetings and manage related tasks
- Oversee the process for requesting new projects
- Ensure efficiency and obtain necessary approvals for project requests
- Assist in project-related procurement and partner communication
- Support project cost controlling and budget management
- Review issues and service requests for digital applications
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of issues
- Define preventive and corrective action plans for service reliability
- Monitor SLA’s Dashboard creation using modern solutions
