Data & Performance Analyst - Campaign Management(m/w/x)
Analyzing and optimizing customer acquisition campaigns for B2B payment solutions, creating interactive dashboards. Proficiency in Power BI with DAX/Data Modeling and Power Query required. Parent-child offices and eBike leasing support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or Statistics
- Additional qualifications in Marketing Analytics or CRM
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Campaign/CRM Analytics and Sales Operations
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign tracking, KPI development, and European process harmonization
- Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and Data Modeling) and Power Query (ETL)
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and HubSpot (workflows/tracking)
- Experience with SQL (Snowflake) and SAP data integration
- Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems
- Clear and effective communication and stakeholder management
- Process design, promotion of enablement, and sharing best practices
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Tasks
- Plan, analyze, and optimize campaigns for customer acquisition
- Track all campaign activities and their success across sales channels
- Transform raw data into actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Analyze campaign data and derive actionable recommendations
- Create reports and interactive dashboards for management and sales teams
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Develop and validate KPI logics for campaign tracking and success measurement
- Ensure consistency and data quality across all systems and reports
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot for planning and execution
- Leverage data sources such as CRM, SAP, and Snowflake
- Use Power Query for data modeling and transformation
- Develop and implement standardized workflows for campaign processes
- Ensure consistency of campaign processes across Europe
- Coordinate with local contacts and sales teams
- Promote knowledge sharing across countries and teams
