Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics
  • Strong statistical and process expertise
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence
  • Experience in KPI frameworks, pipeline and forecast quality, European governance logic, and performance reviews
  • Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, RLS, and data modeling) and Power Query
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and local CRM systems
  • Experience with SQL/Snowflake and advanced Excel skills
  • Well-versed in KPI governance, pipeline health & forecast accuracy, segment and capacity analyses, and review and action management
  • Sparring partner mindset and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear and precise communication skills and process harmonization
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Work Experience

Tasks

  • Monitor Field Sales KPIs such as visits and win rates
  • Develop a standardized governance framework for Field Sales in Europe
  • Prepare and conduct regular performance reviews with countries and channel management
  • Ensure clean pipeline management for all Field Sales teams
  • Review opportunity quality and forecast accuracy
  • Analyze segments, customer types, and deal sizes to optimize sales capacity
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales for smooth lead handover
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for pipeline and activity monitoring
  • Ensure data quality from Dynamics and local systems
  • Analyze and optimize core processes in the Field Sales cycle
  • Act as a sparring partner for the Field Sales Channel Manager and local Country Sales Managers
