Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong statistical and process expertise
  • 4–6 years of experience in Inside Sales Operations or Contact Center Analytics
  • Expertise in KPI governance, routing and scoring design, end-to-end pipeline management, and pan-European harmonization
  • Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, RLS, and data modeling) and Power Query
  • Familiarity with Genesys Cloud (routing/analytics) and Dynamics 365 (workflows/CRM)
  • Experience with SQL/Snowflake
  • Skills in lead scoring and qualification, routing efficiency, pipeline conversion, system readiness for campaigns, and review and action management
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management and clear communication
  • Driving process harmonization, enablement, and change management
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Tasks

  • Manage pan-European performance steering of the Inside Sales channel
  • Optimize the performance management system in Power BI and Genesys for Inside Sales activities
  • Define and monitor relevant KPIs within MSD and Genesys
  • Oversee the sales pipeline from lead to customer
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models and qualification criteria
  • Ensure efficient lead, call, and email routing within European sales organizations
  • Analyze Inside Sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Excellence, Marketing, IT, and local sales teams for data-driven processes
  • Participate in planning and reviewing pan-European Inside Sales campaigns
  • Ensure system readiness for campaigns and establish performance measurement standards
