Requirements
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Additional European languages a plus
- •Experience using communication channels/tools
- •Email campaigns experience
- •Intranet platforms experience
- •Viva Engage or similar platforms experience
- •Working knowledge of global HRIS
- •Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
- •Familiarity with German works councils
- •Knowledge of data protection measures (e.g., GDPR)
- •Proven experience as change, communication, or training lead
- •Experience in enterprise SaaS implementation
- •Ideally experience with Workday or similar HCM platform
- •Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR
- •Experience in change management or related role

- •Support the EMEA rollout of Workday.

- •Build and maintain a regional change network.
- •Design and deliver communications across channels.
- •Localize and facilitate training for HR teams.
- •Ensure training materials are relevant and effective.
- •Support alignment and knowledge sharing in the HR team.
- •Facilitate testing and site coordination for implementation.
