Tasks

- Build and maintain a regional change network.
- Design and deliver communications across channels.
- Localize and facilitate training for HR teams.
- Ensure training materials are relevant and effective.
- Support alignment and knowledge sharing in the HR team.
- Facilitate testing and site coordination for implementation.
