  • Minimum 3 years leading multi-country EMEA sales organisation
  • 4–5 years success as individual contributor
  • Deep expertise in Vertical SaaS
  • Strong, specialised knowledge of ticketing landscape
  • Experience from Tier 1 consulting, Big Tech, or startup/scale-up
  • Proven success building, coaching, managing EMEA teams
  • Fluent in English plus at least one additional language
  • Understands ticketing industry dynamics
  • Analytical mindset and sense of urgency
  • Iterative "fail fast, learn faster" mentality
  • Fostering high-performance culture of speed and excellence
