  • •Manage goal setting, feedback, and evaluation cycles
  • •Develop organizational processes with the executive board
  • •Lead organizational development and change management projects
  • •Collaborate closely with the works council
  • •Advise the management team on all personnel matters
  • •Implement personnel and labor law measures
  • •Prepare and maintain the personnel budget
  • •Enhance HR processes through software and design
  • •Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement
  • •Drive cross-department collaboration and HR digitalization
