  • Drive new enterprise customer acquisition in Central Europe
  • Engage and close deals with C-level executives
  • Build and maintain a network of enterprise decision-makers
  • Apply and enforce sales methodologies for predictable outcomes
  • Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle
  • Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline transparency
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for high-value prospects
  • Position HRS as a strategic partner through value-based selling
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales cadence and execution discipline
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales to leverage partner activities
  • Partner with Marketing to generate leads and pipeline
