Tasks

  • Report directly to the Managing Director
  • Drive pet insurance sales through veterinary clinic collaborations
  • Build robust relationships with veterinary staff and clients
  • Demonstrate the benefits of pet insurance to clinics
  • Secure clinic commitment to use Trupanion sales tools
  • Introduce uninsured pet owners to the business
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business operations
  • Train clinics on web and integrated system solutions
  • Support lead generation and medical record collection
  • Troubleshoot system issues internally and externally
  • Act as the primary contact for partner queries
  • Identify and recruit new veterinary clinics
  • Develop clinics to deliver agreed sales goals
  • Manage active clinics to maintain sales performance
  • Support efficient claims processing and payment
  • Plan call cycles with structured appointments and agendas
  • Deliver well-prepared presentations and clear clinic goals
  • Report objectively on clinic and territory performance
  • Provide market intelligence to shape strategic decisions
  • Develop a main insurance contact in each clinic
  • Report call activity accurately in the CRM platform
  • Support cross-departmental projects across marketing and operations
  • Maintain relationships with the broader pet industry
  • Participate in veterinary congresses and trade fairs
  • Address clinic queries and help manage complaints
