Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • SOFA/Command-Sponsored dependent status
  • Eligible for ADP IT III clearance
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Fluent English, strong written/oral communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Effective presentation delivery
  • Tactful communication, in-person and phone
  • Self-starter, independent work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational, time management, multitasking
  • High attention to detail
  • Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas, DEERS, DOES, MHS Genesis
  • Work background in U.S. military healthcare, managed care, or medical/clinical environment
  • Work background in MHS Genesis or civilian healthcare systems, medical claims

Tasks

  • Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers
  • Update individual and batch PCM changes
  • Guide beneficiaries on TRICARE resources and benefits
  • Provide claims status updates and support
  • Conduct informational sessions for various events
  • Record daily activities and OHI information
  • Assess and escalate complex issues
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
  • Complete required training courses on time
  • Assist with remote support and train new team members
