Desktop Support Specialist - Healthcare(m/w/x)
Expert-level hardware/software support for continuous glucose monitoring systems at medical device developer. Expert-level hardware, software, and operating systems support required. SLA-driven incident management, user guidance sessions.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Fluency in German language
- Ability to deliver guidance sessions for end-users
- Proficiency in incident management
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager/Intune
- Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Tasks
- Provide expert-level support for hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Deliver guidance sessions for end-users on software applications
- Educate users on system functionalities and best practices
- Manage incidents to ensure timely resolution within SLAs
- Perform hardware imaging and updates
- Install and configure software
