Tasks
- Work closely with sites.
- Act as the central contact for training management.
- Provide guidance to build site training plans.
- Analyze training needs from various departments.
- Consider site project requirements for training.
- Conduct training assessments.
- Review annual assessment results.
- Incorporate progress plan insights into training.
- Address customer requirements in training plans.
- Develop comprehensive training plans, including actions, schedules, trainers, trainees, and budget.
- Propose optimal training solutions, including internal/external options, trainers, and methods.
- Source, select, and evaluate external training companies.
- Develop internal training modules, including objectives, content, and evaluation criteria.
- Prepare internal trainers through 'train the trainer' sessions.
- Administer the local Learning Management System (LMS).
- Implement training plans and monitor their quality, relevance, and impact using Division/Corporate tools like LMS.
- Maintain training tracking and evidence according to customer requirements and division procedures.
- Coordinate and provide management skill training (Leadership, Communication, Teambuilding).
- Lead the TPM training pillar at the site.
- Participate in the orientation and induction process for new employees.
- Monitor the training budget and report deviations.
- Source potential training subsidies.
- Track training indicators.
- Prepare mandatory legal, Division, and Corporate reports.
- Implement corrective actions for training as needed.
- Actively participate in the Division training leaders network.
- Stay informed about and utilize Division training tools.
- Liaise with local universities and schools to source candidates, interns, and apprentices.
- Promote employer branding through academic partnerships.
- Monitor site internal mobilities based on training plans.
- Participate in recruitment actions for MOD and technicians.
- Design and run site induction paths for new recruits, adhering to Division and métier requirements.
- Maintain and update local job descriptions.
- Propose improvements for internal HR procedures.
- Actively participate in building and monitoring the HR progress plan.
- Provide support to managers for team management.
