Tasks

  • Act as the primary technical contact.
  • Guide customer discussions and showcase solutions.
  • Guide and activate partner SEs.
  • Coach and provide resources to partner SEs.
  • Review and validate sizing and quotes.
  • Review and validate technical architectures.
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment of solutions.
  • Drive adoption of Pure's sales and technical tools.
  • Ensure effective tool leverage in sales cycle.
  • Organize and coordinate technical resources.
  • Support partner bootcamps, events, and workshops.
  • Continuously upskill channel partners.
  • Act as a technical advisor for partners.
  • Link partners to virtual resources.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to specialists.
  • Build and maintain relationships with TAE and partners.
  • Ensure seamless technical support.
  • Achieve shared goals and close deals.
