- Familiarity with CRM tools

Tasks
- Manage strategic accounts across Eastern Europe
- Identify and evaluate business growth opportunities
- Expand the customer base through regular visits
- Promote current and emerging technologies
- Close new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and potential
- Develop strategies to grow market share
- Execute operational excellence projects
- Listen to and address customer needs
- Provide timely customer support
- Coordinate internal resources for client success
