Description

As a Temporary Recruiter, you will engage in full-cycle recruiting to swiftly fill open positions while creatively sourcing candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to refine the recruiting process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• •University degree or vocational training in a commercial field or equivalent
• •Profound recruiting experience
• •Experience recruiting for international positions
• •Strong client relationship, negotiation, and consulting skills
• •Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work independently
• •Ability to coach others on behavior-based interviewing skills
• •Facilitation of recruitment strategy meetings and interview debrief sessions
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Personal, Management oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
• •Fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting
• •Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung für internationale Positionen
• •Fundierte Expertise in der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie in Verhandlungsführung und Beratung
• •Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Organisations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
• •Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten
• •Fähigkeit, unsere Hiring Manager in verhaltensbasierten Interviewtechniken zu schulen
• •Moderation von Strategiemeetings zur Rekrutierung und Durchführung von Interviewnachbesprechungen
• •Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

• •Fill open positions quickly through full-cycle recruiting
• •Source new candidates using traditional and innovative methods
• •Partner with and coach hiring managers on the recruiting process
• •Ensure hiring managers are trained on best practices and expectations
• •Utilize ATS consistently for accurate and timely data capture
• •Manage high-impact responsibilities and special projects
• •Strategically plan and execute to enhance recruiting outcomes
