Requirements
- University degree or vocational training in a commercial field or equivalent
- Profound recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for international positions
- Strong client relationship, negotiation, and consulting skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to coach others on behavior-based interviewing skills
- Facilitation of recruitment strategy meetings and interview debrief sessions
- Fluency in German and English
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Personal, Management oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting
- Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung für internationale Positionen
- Fundierte Expertise in der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie in Verhandlungsführung und Beratung
- Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Organisations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten
- Fähigkeit, unsere Hiring Manager in verhaltensbasierten Interviewtechniken zu schulen
- Moderation von Strategiemeetings zur Rekrutierung und Durchführung von Interviewnachbesprechungen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Tasks
- Fill open positions quickly through full-cycle recruiting
- Source new candidates using traditional and innovative methods
- Partner with and coach hiring managers on the recruiting process
- Ensure hiring managers are trained on best practices and expectations
- Utilize ATS consistently for accurate and timely data capture
- Manage high-impact responsibilities and special projects
- Strategically plan and execute to enhance recruiting outcomes
