- Partner with hiring managers to promote a collaborative recruiting approach
- Coach hiring managers on best practices and expectations
- Continuously improve the recruiting process
- Ensure hiring managers are trained on the recruiting process
- Utilize the ATS consistently for accurate data capture
- Own high-impact areas and special projects within the team
- Strategically plan and execute to enhance recruiting outcomes
