  • Present and sell new products by phone
  • Apply learned sales techniques
  • Analyze company vehicle fleets
  • Manage follow-up efforts based on revenue potential
  • Implement customer retention measures
  • Activate existing customer relationships
  • Complete incoming prospect documentation
  • Conduct follow-up and welcome calls
  • Receive, forward, and respond to prospect inquiries
  • Process system-generated contacts
  • Perform initial outreach without prior research
  • Generate leads within the DKV product portfolio
  • Support field sales with appointment scheduling
  • Assist with lead preparation for field sales
  • Sponsor onboarding of new colleagues
  • Support training and coaching of new team members
