Requirements
- Experience in telesales and professional customer communication
- Solid PC skills, especially MS Office
- Strong sales mindset and structured working
- Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment
- Business-fluent German and polished expression
Tasks
- Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
- Present and sell new products by phone
- Apply learned sales techniques
- Analyze company vehicle fleets
- Manage follow-up efforts based on revenue potential
- Implement customer retention measures
- Activate existing customer relationships
- Complete incoming prospect documentation
- Conduct follow-up and welcome calls
- Receive, forward, and respond to prospect inquiries
- Process system-generated contacts
- Perform initial outreach without prior research
- Generate leads within the DKV product portfolio
- Support field sales with appointment scheduling
- Assist with lead preparation for field sales
- Sponsor onboarding of new colleagues
- Support training and coaching of new team members
