Requirements
- Solid professional experience (2-4 years) in technical B2B support, pre-sales, or Sales Engineer in SaaS
- Deep technical understanding mandatory
- High proficiency with networks
- High proficiency with operating systems
- Ideal proficiency with A/V systems
- Native-level German (minimum C1)
- Fluent English
- Third language (Spanish, French, or Arabic) is a strong plus
- Proficiency in modern support or CRM systems
- Valid EU work permit
- Fully available for initial stay in USA
- Associate Degree
Tasks
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Support digital signage, media player hardware, networks, and operating systems
- Improve the knowledge base with each resolved ticket
- Support sales team with technical expertise
- Conduct specialized product demonstrations
- Guide strategic customers through onboarding
- Identify and structure recurring technical trends
- Pass customer feedback to the product team
