Requirements
- Linux systems (CLI, debugging, system interaction)
- Git in collaborative environments
- Programming experience (Python, C++, or similar)
- Debugging and writing small tools/scripts
- Networking fundamentals (connectivity, services, ports)
- Fluent German and English
- Clear communication in technical contexts
- Analytical mindset and root cause investigation
- High ownership and reliability
- Reliability in customer-facing situations
- Docker or containerized environments
- Databases or data analysis (SQL, scripting)
- Distributed or edge systems (on-prem + cloud)
- Monitoring, alerting, or observability tools
- Computer vision, video systems, or AI applications
- Technical support, field engineering, or system deployment
- On-site deployments support
Tasks
- Monitor and analyze live systems using logs, telemetry, and video data
- Investigate and resolve issues in real-world environments
- Support and validate deployments from preparation to production rollout
- Act as a technical interface to customers during rollouts and incidents
- Work with engineering to identify root causes and improve system robustness
- Build internal tools, scripts, and automated checks
- Document recurring issues and establish troubleshooting best practices
- Support on-site deployments across Germany and Europe
