- •Fluency in German
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- •Ability to lead complex integration conversations
- •Familiarity with APIs
- •Familiarity with SQL
- •Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- •Professional, confident, and collaborative personality
- •Operations savvy mindset
- •Experience in small to medium scale project management
- •Strong organizational skills and self-starting mindset
- •Ideal experience with tools like Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, ETL
- •Ideal experience in the payments industry
- •Good to have Polish or Ukrainian language expertise

- •Collaborate with the Operations team to share resources and knowledge
- •Build long-term relationships to enhance user loyalty
- •Work cross-functionally to implement operational solutions
- •Support users on fraud, disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion
- •Engage with Customer Success and other user-facing teams
- •Lead user-facing meetings in person and via video chat
- •Contribute to the design of the support offering
- •Create user-facing content for long-term solutions
