Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure, with at least two years in leadership or team lead position
  • Proven success in leading, developing, and motivating sales teams and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and business culture; existing network in relevant sectors is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative, motivating management style
  • Proficient use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and structured, data-driven approach to sales management
  • Native-level German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed

Tasks

  • Take responsibility for the commercial success of the Sales DACH team
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve growth and revenue targets
  • Guide team activities to position vaylen’s platform as a leading EV charging solution
  • Provide leadership throughout the sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Focus on building sustainable, long-term partnerships
  • Drive initiatives for continuous revenue growth through account development and upselling
  • Maintain a transparent and structured sales pipeline in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance departments
