Requirements
- •Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
- •Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure, with at least two years in leadership or team lead position
- •Proven success in leading, developing, and motivating sales teams and managing complex sales cycles
- •Strong understanding of the DACH market and business culture; existing network in relevant sectors is an advantage
- •Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative, motivating management style
- •Proficient use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and structured, data-driven approach to sales management
- •Native-level German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
- •Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed

- •Focus on building sustainable, long-term partnerships
- •Drive initiatives for continuous revenue growth through account development and upselling
- •Maintain a transparent and structured sales pipeline in the CRM system
- •Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance departments
