- Process optimization according to LEAN principles
- Very good German and English skills
- Confident use of HR systems
- Very good MS Excel skills
- High IT affinity
Tasks
- Lead the Employee Lifecycle team professionally and disciplinarily
- Manage resource planning and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Conduct employee appraisals and promote individual development
- Train team members on processes and tools
- Oversee administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Manage system administration and organizational changes
- Handle contract and document management
- Coordinate time management and compensation tasks
- Manage mass data transactions
- Collaborate with HR, managers, and the works council
- Coordinate with Service Centers and Competence Centers
- Manage escalations and ensure high service quality
- Participate in strategic initiatives, transitions, and implementations
- Improve efficiency and standardize HR processes
- Expand and maintain knowledge databases
- Develop HR systems including SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Utilize ServiceNow, Jira, Alfresco, and Escriba
- Ensure data quality, audit, and GDPR compliance
- Create and analyze key performance figures
- Generate monthly and annual reports for cost control
