Requirements

• Degree in HR, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Structured, reliable, and results-oriented approach
• Willingness to commute between locations
• Several years HR shared services experience
• Experience leading teams in hybrid structures
• Experience in project and change management
• Very good labor law knowledge
• Understanding of operational hire-to-retire processes
• Experience with metal industry collective bargaining
• Process optimization according to LEAN principles
• Very good German and English skills
• Confident use of HR systems
• Very good MS Excel skills
• High IT affinity

Tasks

• Lead the Employee Lifecycle team professionally and disciplinarily
• Manage resource planning and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Conduct employee appraisals and promote individual development
• Train team members on processes and tools
• Oversee administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
• Manage system administration and organizational changes
• Handle contract and document management
• Coordinate time management and compensation tasks
• Manage mass data transactions
• Collaborate with HR, managers, and the works council
• Coordinate with Service Centers and Competence Centers
• Manage escalations and ensure high service quality
• Participate in strategic initiatives, transitions, and implementations
• Improve efficiency and standardize HR processes
• Expand and maintain knowledge databases
• Develop HR systems including SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Utilize ServiceNow, Jira, Alfresco, and Escriba
• Ensure data quality, audit, and GDPR compliance
• Create and analyze key performance figures
• Generate monthly and annual reports for cost control
