  • Document SoW and invoice processes
  • Track signatures for SoW and invoices
  • Follow up on internal payments (e.g., vendor invoices, travel expenses)
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial workflows
  • Prepare and submit purchase requisitions
  • Submit purchase orders using Instore
  • Ensure compliance with approval workflows for purchases
  • Maintain an overview of existing purchase orders
  • Accurately book received goods in Instore
  • Process tax-relevant team activities using internal systems
  • Provide accurate and timely information for tax processes
