Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • •3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • •Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent market analysis
  • •Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • •Experience with Workday ATS preferred
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
  • •Fluency in French or German
  • •Additional European languages are a plus
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
