- MBA strongly preferred

Tasks
- Define and lead the global commercial strategy
- Translate strategic pillars into actionable business plans
- Drive annual and long-range revenue and margin planning
- Identify growth opportunities in therapeutic areas and markets
- Shape the global offering portfolio and value propositions
- Oversee pricing frameworks and service delivery models
- Align market needs with operational capacity for new technologies
- Establish performance frameworks for revenue and pipeline metrics
- Partner with Finance and Operations to optimize margins
- Utilize advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor strategies
- Advise senior leadership on commercial priorities and projects
- Foster collaboration across Operations, BD, and Finance
- Lead portfolio optimization and process transformation initiatives
- Represent the company in high-level client engagements
- Deliver board-level presentations and business cases
- Communicate commercial strategy to global internal teams
