- •Shape the global offering portfolio and value propositions
- •Oversee pricing frameworks and service delivery models
- •Align market needs with operational capacity for new technologies
- •Establish performance frameworks for revenue and pipeline metrics
- •Partner with Finance and Operations to optimize margins
- •Utilize advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making
- •Provide insights on market trends and competitor strategies
- •Advise senior leadership on commercial priorities and projects
- •Foster collaboration across Operations, BD, and Finance
- •Lead portfolio optimization and process transformation initiatives
- •Represent the company in high-level client engagements
- •Deliver board-level presentations and business cases
- •Communicate commercial strategy to global internal teams
