Requirements
- •Previous customer service experience or technical support
- •Strong attention to detail
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- •Basic experience using common online, mobile, and desktop platforms
- •Experience interacting with customers through Phone, Email, Ticketing, and Live Chat platforms
- •Experience or knowledge of the Hospitality industry
- •Experience supporting a SaaS product
- •Experience supporting an iOS application
- •Computer networking experience or interest
- •Passion in technology
- •Working knowledge of Mac OS and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- •Hospitality experience
- •Dutch or French written and verbal communication skills
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Serve as the first point of contact for customers
- •Assist customers with a variety of requests
- •Investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- •Engage positively with hospitality customers and partners
- •Maintain high support standards via phone, chat, and email
- •Utilize troubleshooting techniques to identify customer issues
- •Document and track customer interactions in support platforms
- •Assist in identifying and escalating product issues to Quality Assurance
- •Promote improvements to products and services
- •Work within a schedule to ensure customer support availability
