Requirements
- •Proven track record in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Administrator role
- •Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows
- •Experience in ticket-based support environment with focus on SLA adherence and user satisfaction
- •Hands-on experience using MDM solutions for device deployment and inventory management
- •Competence in administering Google Workspace and supporting common startup tools
- •Familiarity with Jira and Confluence from an agent/admin perspective
- •Familiarity with basic office network troubleshooting
- •Strong understanding of security best practices
- •Basic ability to develop Bash/PowerShell scripts and willingness to automate
- •Excellent verbal and written English skills with ability to explain technical concepts

- •Maintain IT infrastructure across office locations
- •Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting technical issues
- •Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
- •Manage physical and digital inventory of IT assets
- •Administer user access and identity via SSO and IdP solutions
- •Support management of workplace tools like Google Workspace and Slack
- •Create and update internal knowledge base articles and guides
- •Assess and implement new workplace applications and tools
- •Oversee procurement and distribution of IT hardware assets
