Requirements

  • Proven track record in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Administrator role
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows
  • Experience in ticket-based support environment with focus on SLA adherence and user satisfaction
  • Hands-on experience using MDM solutions for device deployment and inventory management
  • Competence in administering Google Workspace and supporting common startup tools
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence from an agent/admin perspective
  • Familiarity with basic office network troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of security best practices
  • Basic ability to develop Bash/PowerShell scripts and willingness to automate
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills with ability to explain technical concepts

  • Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
  • Manage physical and digital inventory of IT assets
  • Administer user access and identity via SSO and IdP solutions

  • Create and update internal knowledge base articles and guides
  • Assess and implement new workplace applications and tools
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of IT hardware assets
