Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain/Operations project management, supply chain, or digital transformation
- Technical expertise in PMP, Agile, Lean PMO methodologies
- Preferred experience in Control Tower initiatives, supply chain visibility solutions, data analytics, or large-scale digital programs
- Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Ability to operate at intersection of business processes, data, analytics, and technology
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
- Solid understanding of data platforms, integration concepts, and analytics enablement
Tasks
- Define target picture and long-term vision for Supply Chain Control Tower
- Align vision with supply chain strategy and digital transformation
- Gather and structure business requirements
- Identify high-value use cases
- Assess feasibility of use cases (process, data, technology, AI/ML)
- Translate business needs into end-to-end Control Tower architecture
- Define architecture for data sources, analytics, user interfaces, and decision support
- Define data infrastructure requirements
- Assess current data limitations
- Identify data improvement options (quality, availability, latency, integration)
- Develop and own a modular implementation roadmap
- Enable phased, use-case-by-use-case deployment
- Ensure architectural consistency during deployment
- Coordinate Control Tower implementation with Operations, IT, Data, and Digital teams
- Ensure alignment across functions and geographies
- Define and implement user acceptance methodology
- Define and implement usability testing
- Define and implement adoption methodology
- Ensure solutions are intuitive and fit for operational use
- Establish and maintain architecture governance
- Establish and maintain design standards
- Establish and maintain decision frameworks
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term value
- Act as senior thought partner to Supply Chain leadership
- Provide insights on analytics, visibility, and decision support opportunities
- Monitor delivery progress
- Identify risks and dependencies early
- Drive resolution with cross-functional stakeholders
