Requirements

  • Advanced test solutions knowledge (automotive)
  • Knowledge of Automotive reliability standards and OEM specifications
  • Familiarity with TS16949, ISO17025, quality certifications
  • Experience in collaborative, demanding environment
  • Good knowledge of PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA
  • Proficient in problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience collaborating globally
  • Willingness to work in Karlsbad
  • Willingness to travel domestically and abroad

Tasks

  • Manage and coordinate PR team projects for multiple customers
  • Track and plan demand and budget using business cases
  • Serve as primary contact for internal departments and customers
  • Participate in team meetings and design reviews
  • Lead task forces and manage escalations
  • Lead RFQ estimations for PR based on customer needs
  • Assess customer requirements with PR teams and departments
  • Organize and moderate customer workshops and reviews
  • Establish and monitor customer and HARMAN schedules
  • Review test reports
  • Create and maintain Design Verification Plans & Reports
  • Define and align test equipment with partners
  • Support engineering in validation matters
  • Manage re-qualifications and change requests
  • Verify VAVE measures
  • Define and track CRM initiatives and goals
  • Act as deputy for the Regional CRM Lead
  • Ensure communication with stakeholders
  • Prioritize tasks and make operational decisions
  • Drive collaboration across cross-disciplinary teams
