Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field
- •Minimum 2 years’ experience in event planning, student engagement, or program management
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, social media tools, and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
- •Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
- •Strong understanding of student affairs and campus life
- •Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
- •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- •Confident verbal communicator, including public speaking
- •Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- •Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- •Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and travel between campuses

Tasks
- •Develop and implement a comprehensive Campus Community Plan
- •Oversee recruitment, training, and support for the Peer Leader Network and Student Council
- •Ensure transparent elections and compliance for the student council
- •Collaborate with campus managers and student representatives on community engagement initiatives
- •Coordinate event planning and manage the monthly events calendar
- •Support campus managers during Orientation Week and graduation activities
- •Assist with event logistics, including venue booking and catering
- •Develop and monitor event budgets for cost-effective planning
- •Foster a vibrant student community through clubs and peer-led initiatives
- •Advise student clubs on event management and university policy compliance
- •Collect and analyze data on event engagement and feedback
- •Act as a liaison between students and various university departments
- •Provide resources to student organizations for event planning
- •Participate in the student health and wellbeing working group
- •Collaborate with Marketing to promote campus events
- •Contribute to a consistent communication strategy across campuses
- •Ensure inclusive and accessible messaging aligned with university priorities
- •Promote diversity and inclusion in all events and activities
- •Oversee design and distribution of materials for campus activities
- •Adhere to university branding standards in communications
