Tasks

• •Coordinate the annual operational planning process for Germany
• •Integrate inputs from categories, routes-to-market, and hubs
• •Maintain and improve the Germany Strategic Planning Playbook
• •Ensure alignment with the BMS ecosystem and financial reporting
• •Track headcount and budget adherence
• •Prepare executive review materials with clear recommendations
• •Provide data-driven insights to evaluate business performance
• •Identify business white-space and growth opportunities
• •Coordinate cross-functional transformation and sustainability projects
• •Collaborate with functional leaders to align decisions
• •Drive local strategic activities to foster community
• •Automate and simplify DACH go-to-market processes
• •Lead governance cycles and leadership team meetings
• •Coordinate country and hub communication strategies
