Tasks

  • Lead a high-performing interdisciplinary team of three
  • Own acquisition and activation outcomes for the German market
  • Co-define the growth strategy with the Head of Direct Acquisition
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to build systems and onboarding journeys
  • Translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Optimize the user experience for a frictionless onboarding process
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making impacts commercial outcomes
  • Define hypotheses and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Account for measurable impact on acquisition and conversion
  • Coach and develop the team
  • Establish the operating rhythm for the new unit
  • Understand the German SME lending landscape and customer needs
  • Translate market insights into product problems and commercial opportunities
  • Inform targeting and segmentation strategies
  • Own the roadmap for acquisition and onboarding
  • Develop tools like lead scoring systems and eligibility checkers
  • Evolving website content and sign-up flows to increase conversion
  • Influence future team capabilities and processes
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests
  • Identify opportunities using first-principle reasoning and data
  • Manage and develop commercial strategy analysts and a data scientist
  • Align engineering, data, marketing, and commercial stakeholders
  • Translate business goals into testable hypotheses and actionable briefs
  • Help establish operating rhythm, rituals, and roadmap processes
