Tasks
- Lead a high-performing interdisciplinary team of three
- Own acquisition and activation outcomes for the German market
- Co-define the growth strategy with the Head of Direct Acquisition
- Partner with engineering and data teams to build systems and onboarding journeys
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Optimize the user experience for a frictionless onboarding process
- Ensure data-driven decision-making impacts commercial outcomes
- Define hypotheses and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Account for measurable impact on acquisition and conversion
- Coach and develop the team
- Establish the operating rhythm for the new unit
- Understand the German SME lending landscape and customer needs
- Translate market insights into product problems and commercial opportunities
- Inform targeting and segmentation strategies
- Own the roadmap for acquisition and onboarding
- Develop tools like lead scoring systems and eligibility checkers
- Evolving website content and sign-up flows to increase conversion
- Influence future team capabilities and processes
- Design, run, and interpret A/B tests
- Identify opportunities using first-principle reasoning and data
- Manage and develop commercial strategy analysts and a data scientist
- Align engineering, data, marketing, and commercial stakeholders
- Translate business goals into testable hypotheses and actionable briefs
- Help establish operating rhythm, rituals, and roadmap processes
