In this role, you will drive strategic program management for key partnerships in the Cell & Gene Therapy sector, ensuring effective collaboration and transparency across teams while preparing impactful reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Economics, or equivalent field
• •Strong professional experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical or biotech industry, CDMOs, medicine, or laboratory technology
• •3-5 years of solid experience in program or alliance management
• •Familiarity with project management tools and methods
• •Ability to thrive in a dynamic organization and adapt quickly to change
• •Outstanding team-oriented attitude
• •Clear and effective communication skills
• •Well-organized work approach with proactive, self-starter mindset
• •Strong English skills, both spoken and written

Tasks

• •Drive strategic program management for key industry partnerships
• •Establish and lead end-to-end program governance
• •Conduct internal cross-functional project meetings
• •Perform regular customer check-ins
• •Ensure seamless information flow for stakeholders
• •Collaborate with Global Key Account Management on R&D programs
• •Align commercial aspects with Business Development
• •Oversee program and multi-project planning
• •Manage budgeting and development of work packages
• •Monitor project timelines and create documentation
• •Prepare and present reports and KPIs to senior leadership
• •Provide strategic recommendations to C-level management
